For over 10 years, Holly Flanders’ career focus has been centered in and around NYC in the childcare, early childhood education, and family support industries. She has had a wide variety of professional experiences in childcare as a head nanny, director of children’s programming, parent coach, nanny trainer, and most recently as director and head teacher at an early childhood learning center. She holds her degree in education and has extensive training in infant to 3-year old education and development. Holly created Choice Parenting to give parents both the support and information they need to discover not only what childcare is right for them but also how to build and maintain healthy relationships with their childcare provider.
