Hi, I’m Holly Flanders, founder of Choice Parenting—thank you for stopping by!

​For more than a decade, my career has centered on early childhood education, childcare, and family support. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats: nanny, director of children’s programming, parent coach, nanny trainer, and head teacher at an early childhood learning center. Today, I bring all of those professional experiences together—along with my role as a mom and nanny employer—to support families like yours.
This unique blend of personal and professional insight has shown me both the joys and challenges of childcare. I know firsthand that there is no “one size fits all” solution. Every family deserves a care option that fits their values, routines, and needs.
But navigating today’s childcare market can feel overwhelming. With rising costs, limited regulation, and a maze of options, parents often struggle to understand the realities of daycare or how to confidently hire and manage a nanny.

That’s why I created Choice Parenting. My mission is to simplify this process for families by providing trusted guidance, education, and support. Whether through our personalized nanny placement services or affordable DIY coaching, I help parents find, hire, and maintain a healthy, lasting childcare solution that feels right for their family.
