Fulfillment Policy

Choice Parenting Fulfillment Policy
1. Scope of Services Choice Parenting offers household domestic worker placement services focused on childcare. Services include an initial consultation, preparation of candidate advertisements, interview coordination, reference checks, and background screening.
2. Initial Consultation
  • Video conference up to 1.5 hours.
  • Provide information on hiring domestic workers, including salary, benefits, and job expectations.
  • Deliver guidance for obtaining tax and legal advice, interview templates, and a sample employment handbook.
3. Placement Services
  • Prepare advertisements to attract candidates.
  • Conduct phone and/or video interviews.
  • Provide candidate profiles with work experience, education, and reference check notes.
  • Complete 2-3 reference checks per candidate.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate a working interview period of 1-5 days.
  • Perform a thorough background check upon offer and acceptance of employment.
4. Fees
  • Initial Consultation Fee: $500 (USD), payable within 5 days of agreement execution.
  • Placement Fee: $3,000 (USD) due upon offer and acceptance of employment, prior to employment start.
  • Additional Background Checks: $250 (USD) per search if requested for multiple candidates.
  • Cancellation Fee: $750 (USD) if the Client withdraws an offer after acceptance.
  • No refunds or fee transfers are available.
  • Payment made via secure bank transfer (ACH) or via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) with 2.9% processing fee through Stripe.
5. Non-Circumvention
  • Client must inform Choice Parenting if a Candidate referred by Choice Parenting is hired within 2 years of the agreement date.
  • The Placement Fee is due even if the candidate is hired for a different role.
  • Client must provide a list of all candidates they are considering and update it within 24 hours of contact.
6. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation
  • Client agrees not to engage with competitors of Choice Parenting or solicit its clients, employees, or contractors for 1 year following this agreement.
7. Credits for Early Employment Termination
  • If a candidate leaves within 1 year through no fault of the Client, Choice Parenting will provide placement services for a replacement candidate with a 25% credit towards the Placement Fee.
  • Credit eligibility requires the Client to meet all contractual obligations, including full fee payment, providing a written employment agreement, adhering to employment laws, and maintaining job terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • Choice Parenting is not liable for any acts, omissions, or conduct of any candidate hired by the Client.
  • The Client assumes all responsibility for employment decisions and compliance with legal requirements.
9. Governing Law
  • This policy is governed by the laws of the state in which Choice Parenting operates.
