It is important to understand that there are so many fantastic nannies out there! The majority of nannies work very hard and have a very important job- one of the MOST important careers in my opinion: caring for and educating children.
My hope and vision for Choice Parenting is to help parents in the New York City metro area navigate the complications of hiring nannies, and maintaining healthy and mutually beneficial employment relationships with a true childcare professional.
